I have been working in market research since 1999. My experience includes working for several market research agencies (Demoskop, Millward Brown, 4P research mix, Ipsos) and a media house (OMD).
I specialise in quantity research, such as service and product development research, customer and employee satisfaction surveys, brand research and communication. I am an enthusiastic supporter of new technologies in research: Internet, mobile phones, passive information sources, everything that allows to conduct quicker, more cost effective and participant friendly research.
I graduated in economics and have been working in market and social research since 2000 (Demoskop, Ipsos, 4P research mix). My professional experience includes customers and employee’s satisfaction research, brand research and communication, as well as social projects focusing on the labour market and education, conducted, among others, for the FCMG, retail and public sectors.
During research, I concentrate on “improved performance efficiency”, “added value” and “competitive advantage” that can be achieved by Customers with help of data resulting from research.
I am a social psychologist working in market research since 1997. I had gained my first experience at BSM (Badania Społeczne i Marketingowe – Social and Marketing Research) and worked subsequently in agencies including TNS OBOP, F-Squared and Ipsos. I acted as Marked Research Team Leader at 4P research mix from 2007 to 2012 and at IPSOS from 2012 to 2013.
I specialise in quality research, especially in exploratory research, insight marketing, pre- and post-tests of products and communication (advertisement, concepts).
