  2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

    1. Login and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
    2. Two-factor authentication is used in the Service as an additional form of login protection.
    3. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
    4. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, in particular regular updates of software components.
  3. Hosting

    1. The Service is technically maintained on the servers of: UTI.PL

      a) requested resources identified by URL, b) time of request, c) time of response, d) client station name – identification via HTTP protocol, e) information about errors encountered during HTTP transactions, f) URL address of the previously visited page (referrer link) – if the transition to the Service occurred via a link, g) information about the user’s browser, h) information about the IP address, i) diagnostic information related to the process of ordering services through recorders on the website, j) information related to the handling of e-mail addressed to and sent by the Operator.

  4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage

    1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to perform a contract with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Controller. This applies to such groups of recipients as:

      a) the hosting company under an entrustment agreement

    2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to carry out the activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. accounting). For marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

    3. You have the right to request from the Controller:

      a) access to personal data concerning you, b) rectification, c) deletion, d) restriction of processing, e) and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing specified in section 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling. However, the right to object may not be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.

    5. You may lodge a complaint regarding the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

    6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Service.

    7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be applied to you for the purpose of providing services under the contract and for the Controller’s direct marketing.

    8. Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means we do not transfer them outside the European Union.

  5. Information in Forms

    1. The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if given.
    2. The Service may record information about connection parameters (time, IP address).
    3. In some cases, the Service may store information linking data from the form to the user’s e-mail address filling in the form. In such cases, the user’s e-mail address appears in the URL of the page containing the form.
